For this month’s theme of “Roots,” I wanted to make a dance cover of a song and choreography that my mother really likes, which is ‘ASAP’ by the girl group STAYC. Happy Mother’s Day, Mom! To add to the element of nature that I associate the word “roots” with, I decided to film the piece outside in the sunshine. I hope that the viewer can enjoy this cover as much as I do and that the sunny background gives off a fresh and bright aesthetic.
