This piece was made to represent the struggles through Covid-19, but also the beauty that can come out when it is all over. The black and white stripe through the piece represents the coronavirus. Corona means crown, hence the queen shown in black and white. Outside of this stripe represents the times before Covid-19, but also how it has affected the health of the environment. Pollution in the air, sky, and water has been reduced since the outbreak due to less human activity, and the public has become more self-aware of their personal health.
