I wrote this song to try to convey the sense of freedom I feel when I write or sing music. Sometimes the chaos of the outside world, or even your own thoughts, can be too much to handle. We all have a way to feel like we can fly away, and in my case, it’s making music. The power of music is a strong one, and I feel like I have the ability to escape the world by simply sitting down and singing.
