The first thing I thought of when presented with the theme was bright and vibrant colors so I really wanted to make something that showed a bright character lifting a more muted character’s mood. I did some research and found an amazing bird, the sun conure, that fit my idea perfectly. I tried to emphasize the idea that even though we’re all social distancing, we can still have a good time and be happy with our friends.
